2016-2017 Moulton-Udell FFA Chapter
Learning to Do |
Doing to Learn |
Agriculture is central at Moulton-Udell, with Exploratory Ag, Ag I, Ag II, Ag III, Ag IV, and Horticulture being offered. Mrs. Johnson, Ag teacher and FFA advisor, provides a strong education of FFA history and basics, SAE's and CDE's, as well as a beneficial curriculum of finance and ethics in agriculture.
Earning to LiveFFA teaches members to be knowledgeable businessmen and businesswomen by showing them how to keep accurate and meaningful financial records, how to start their own business, how to be a successful employee in someone else's business, and how to manage money wisely. Members of the FFA are better informed and better prepared to join the working world.

FFA is a very hands on organization, giving members a multitude of opportunities to be involved and learn more about not just agriculture, but business as well. With a member-run row crop test plot, soils judging, livestock judging, and CDE's involving public speaking, web development, and sales, FFA gives young adults life skills that they will use for years to come.
Living to ServeThe Moulton-Udell FFA chapter gives back to the community by providing meals for the school faculty and local farmers, assisting with a local 5K run, helping with Moulton's annual Jamboree parade, participating in citywide cleanups, and much more. FFA members are eager to serve their community, and are thankful for all the support they receive.

it will in the end contribute most to real
